About Empower All Clinic
Empower All Clinic is an advisory-only Private Menopause and Menstrual Health Clinic designed to be accessible and affordable.
Run by two practising GPs who are also Registered Menopause Specialists; the clinic also offers reduced-cost Training Clinic Appointments with qualified healthcare professionals undergoing British Menopause Society (BMS) or College of Sexual and Reproductive Health (CoSRH) Menopause training.
Our Clinicians
Dr Rebeccah Tomlinson
A GP with over 17 years of experience, Dr Tomlinson is a BMS and CoSRH Menopause Specialist and Trainer. She has developed inclusive Women’s Health services and is currently working closely with colleagues to support the All-Wales Women’s Health Plan.
Dr Kate Burns
As Co-Founders of Empower All Training, Rebeccah & Kate also deliver interactive health education across workplaces and the NHS; promoting inclusive menstrual and menopausal health awareness and wellbeing. They are united in their passion to both promote patient empowerment and provide holistic, compassionate care for all needing support around menstrual and menopausal health.
Our Consultations
Specialist-led
Always conducted or supervised by registered Menopause Specialists.
Extended Consultation Times
Appointment times of at least 30–45 minutes facilitate in-depth exploration of symptoms and concerns.
Virtual format
Appointments via secure video or telephone, according to your preference.

Pre-appointment questionnaire – to understand your history and needs in advance.
Comprehensive consultation – exploring your symptoms, concerns, and expectations.
You may share this plan with your GP.
However, we cannot arrange tests, prescriptions, or follow-up GP appointments directly.

Training Clinic Appointment
Led by Dr Tomlinson, a CoSRH and BMS-Registered Menopause Trainer, these appointments support clinicians in menopause training.
- Conducted by fully qualified healthcare professionals under direct specialist supervision.
- Offered at a reduced rate.
- You can speak directly with the supervising specialist and all care plans are reviewed before delivery.
